How does Bitbrand work?
Browse our limited-edition collections of digital Apple Watch faces created in collaboration with the best luxury brands and artists in the world.
At checkout, use any major credit card to make your purchase.
After you've purchased your watch face, you will need to download the Bitbrand iOS app to access it. In the app, you'll be able to view the Certificate of Authenticity associated with your purchase and add it to your Apple Watch.
After downloading the Bitbrand app, use the same login you used on the Bitbrand website to log into the Bitbrand app.
Navigate to the My Arts page to see your purchased watch faces and tap on the one you'd like to apply to your Apple Watch.
Once you're on the Art detail page, tap the "Add" button and follow the instructions.
Once the watch face is applied, you can tap the Bitbrand logo to see the Certificate of Authenticity associated with your digital luxury purchase.
Am I buying a certified authentic luxury item?
Yes! All of our digital watch faces are created in partnership with the luxury fashion houses and artists you know and love. As such, they come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the brand/ artist, just as you would receive with a physical product like a handbag or a painting.
Unlike certificates that come with physical products, however, certificates for digital products are also digital. You can access the Certificate of Authenticity associated with your purchase anytime in the Bitbrand iOS app. You must add the certificate as a widget on your iPhone to access the Certificate of Authenticity.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. In the future, however, you will be able to resell your watch face.
What exactly do I receive when I purchase a Bitbrand watch face?
When you purchase a Bitbrand watch face, you receive the watch face itself for your Apple Watch, along with a digital Certificate of Authenticity from the collaborating brand or artist.
You can access and view your certificate anytime in the Bitbrand iOS app after completing your purchase.
Will these watch faces work on Android wearable devices?
No, Bitbrand watch faces work only on Apple Watch.
